Perfion

Perfion is a Product Information Management (PIM) system that sits alongside ERP systems to manage rich, structured product data across the organization. Perfion acts as the master hub for product attributes, classifications, variants, documentation, and multilingual content that ERPs are not well suited to manage. It is commonly used by operations, sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product information across internal systems, customer-facing channels, and downstream partners, while the ERP remains focused on transactions, inventory, and financials.

Bild integrates with Perfion to connect engineering design data directly to downstream product information workflows. Bild serves as the system of record for CAD files, versions, and engineering-defined structures, then synchronizes released parts, assemblies, revisions, and technical metadata into Perfion. This ensures that product information teams are always working from the latest approved design intent, without manual re-entry or interpretation of engineering data. As designs change in Bild, updates flow cleanly into Perfion, keeping ERP-linked product records, catalogs, and digital channels aligned with the current engineering definition.
